Donald Begley

Donald Begley is a retired United States Marine Corps captain and disabled veteran whose service included helicopter mine-clearance operations in Haiphong Harbor in 1972–73, the 1975 evacuation of Saigon, service in Grenada, two tours on Okinawa, and assignments at the Pentagon and Quantico.

His career gave him firsthand experience with the people, culture, and institutions that form part of the world of OUT OF SYNC. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School.

OUT OF SYNC is his first novel.
